Once you have completed the 16-week Get Healthy program it is time to Stay Healthy. 

 

The Stay Healthy program is the next phase after completing the 16-week Get Healthy program. It aims to maintain the progress achieved and test the participant's self-efficacy to ensure they stay on track. The level of interaction and support is tailored to the individual's needs, with the option to decide the appropriate level with the wellness team.

Participants in the Stay Healthy program continue to receive personalized education and interactions with their wellness team, but the frequency of these interactions is scaled back according to their needs. This program also comes with a reduced price. Additionally, participants in this program retain access to live and recorded exercise classes.

The Stay Healthy program is designed to be ongoing for as long as the individual requires accountability. When participants feel fully prepared and have developed strong habits, they have the option to scale back further into the Accountability version of the program. In this version, participants keep access to exercise classes and schedule only a monthly check-in with their health coach. Each of these programs is designed to meet the individual's needs and ensure long-term success.
