Shannon Freeman-Striegel, B.S.

Shannon graduated in August of 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree with a minor in Public Health from the University at Buffalo School of Public Health and Health professions.

She is very interested in preventive medicine and helping others live higher-quality lives using nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle/behavior modification.

Shannon has many hours of experience working with geriatric patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and vestibular problems and disorders.

Currently, Shannon works as a Medical Assistant and Exercise Physiologist here at Restore. She is studying for certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports medicine to further increase her knowledge.

Shannon has a passion for fitness and health. Personally, she lives a healthy life by running and resistance training. In her free time, Shannon enjoys volunteering, gardening, cooking healthy meals, traveling, and creating art.
