LeahAnne Humphrey

In 2019, during her freshman year of college, LeahAnne shadowed at Restore Medical Fitness and immediately knew she wanted to learn more about using exercise as medicine. She has since explored her passion for rehabilitative exercise and how to decrease cardiometabolic risk factors and associated diseases.

LeahAnne recently starting working as a medical assistant at Restore in March 2021 and plans, upon graduation, to work as an Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach.

She is currently completing her third year at the University at Buffalo where she studies Exercise Science with a concentration in exercise physiology. LeahAnne is scheduled to graduate in May of 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science. Her plans also include obtaining certification through the American College of Sports Medicine as an Exercise Physiologist.
