Emily began her professional journey at Restore in January 2020, as an intern where she discovered her passion for relieving symptoms of metabolic disease through exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle modification. She enjoys working with all patients and has experience working with patients with cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease, and diabetes. She enjoys helping patients reduce their need for medication, reducing their HbA1c and lowering their risk of future cardiac events. When not at Restore, Emily enjoys hiking with her two dogs and enjoying the outdoors.

She has been an Exercise Physiologist at Restore since completing her internships and training.  She completed her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport in Spring of 2020 and is a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She is currently earning her master’s degree in Applied Nutrition with concentrations in obesity and eating disorders as well as sport and fitness at Canisius College.
