Dr. Nichols graduated from the State University of New York Medical School at Stonybrook in 2020 and completed his residency in family medicine in June 2023. 

 

Dr. Nichols' undergraduate is in exercise science and he is passionate about the use of lifestyle therapy as the first-line, primary prevention of chronic disease and its in treatment of rising risk, high risk and chronic disease patients. While completing his residency Dr. Nichols was heavily involved and co-author of research showing the highly effective outcomes use of lifestyle therapies and the value they provide patient, payer and provider alike.
